CHILLFACTOR is an exciting Groove Jazz group based in Reading, Pa.
Created in 2006, this 6 piece
all instrumental band, came together to create a fresh sound. Chillfactor has a signature sound that combines elements of
Funk, R&B, Soul, Fusion, and Smooth Jazz, into a mix that is 100% Groove!! Chillfactor's music features the funky
bass lines of Jack Loughead, intertwined with the tenacious syncopated drumming of Felix Stancu. This tight in the pocket
groove is then layered with a double set of Keyboards/Synthesizers from Tom Montgomery and Bob Wagner, and then topped off
with weaving guitar riffs from Frank Kennel and screaming sax solos by Dean Walker.
Chillfactor performs originals and
music from artists like Steely Dan, Average White Band, Grover Washington Jr., David Sanborn, Herbie Hancock, Spyro Gyra,
Chick Corea and many more.
Chillfactor is available to perform at Clubs, Music Festivals, Private Parties or wherever
you need High Energy music that GROOVES.
